Terms of Service

Mokeyline -Companion Health Community

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

Mokeyline is a companion health tracking and community platform. Public companion health data may be browsed by other users for research, education, and community benefit.

3. Not Veterinary Advice

Information on this platform is user-generated. It is not professional veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your companion's medical decisions.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates another person's rights. A full list of prohibited content and conduct is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Uploads are scanned by an automated content moderation pipeline (image classification, antivirus, and hash-matching against known illegal-content databases). We may remove content, suspend accounts, and report violations to authorities without notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By marking content public, you grant Mokeyline a license to display it to other users and use it in aggregate for research and community features.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report content that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, email report@mokeyline.com. See our Trust & Safety page for details on how we handle reports.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for companion health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Child Safety and Legal Compliance

Mokeyline maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward content that exploits or endangers minors. All uploaded images are hash-matched against industry-standard databases of known illegal content. Matches are automatically blocked, the account is permanently disabled, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. See our Trust & Safety page for the full procedure.
