Mokeyline -Companion Health Community

Our Commitment

Mokeyline is a community where pet owners share health records, photos, and veterinary documents. Keeping that community safe is a core part of how we build the product, not an afterthought.

Content Moderation

Every image uploaded to Mokeyline passes through an automated moderation pipeline before it can be viewed by anyone other than the uploader:

Content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy is removed. Depending on severity, accounts may be warned, suspended, or permanently terminated.

Prohibited Content

Our Acceptable Use Policy describes the full list of content and conduct that are not permitted on Mokeyline. The short version: no illegal content, no sexually explicit material, no harassment, no spam, no animal cruelty, no impersonation. Veterinary medical imagery shared in good faith for educational purposes is welcome; gratuitous or harmful content is not.

Reporting Abuse

If you see something on Mokeyline that shouldn't be there:

We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within one business day.

Account Eligibility

Mokeyline is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

Child Safety and Legal Compliance

The following section describes our obligations and procedures under U.S. federal law regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This information is provided for transparency and to meet our obligations as an electronic service provider.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Mokeyline maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM and any content that exploits or endangers minors. Violations result in immediate, permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to authorities. There are no warnings and no appeals for this category.

Detection

All uploaded images are hash-matched against industry-standard databases of known CSAM, including (pending Microsoft approval) PhotoDNA. Matches are automatically blocked at upload and preserved as evidence.

NCMEC Reporting

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, U.S. electronic service providers are required to report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline. Mokeyline LLC is in the process of registering with NCMEC as an Electronic Service Provider; registration will be complete prior to public launch.

When a match against a known CSAM hash is confirmed, we will:

  1. Immediately block the upload and prevent access by other users.
  2. Preserve the file, metadata, account identifiers, IP address, and timestamps as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A(h).
  3. Submit a report to NCMEC via the CyberTipline within 24 hours.
  4. Permanently disable the account.
  5. Cooperate with any lawful follow-up from NCMEC or law enforcement.

Reports involving minors can also be submitted directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
