Delete Your Account or Data

Mokeyline -Companion Health Community

You can request deletion of either your entire account or specific data within your account. Choose the option that applies to you.

Option 1: Delete your entire account

This removes your Mokeyline account and all personal data associated with it.

How to request

  1. From the email address registered to your account, send a message to support@mokeyline.com.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
  3. We will confirm your identity via that email and process the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Option 2: Delete specific data (keep account)

You can request deletion of specific items without closing your account - for example, a particular companion record, a specific health checkpoint, or uploaded photos.

How to request

  1. From the email address registered to your account, send a message to support@mokeyline.com.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete specific data".
  3. Describe exactly what you want deleted (e.g., "my companion Luna's profile and all associated records" or "all photos uploaded before January 2026").
  4. We will confirm your identity via that email and process the deletion within 30 days.

You can also delete items directly in the app

Most data can be removed yourself: companions, health checkpoints, conditions, treatments, and uploaded files all have a delete action on their detail screens.
