Acceptable Use Policy

Mokeyline -Companion Health Community. Incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

This policy describes content and conduct that are not permitted on Mokeyline. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and where required by law, referral to the appropriate authorities.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, share, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Animal cruelty or gratuitous graphic content involving animals. Veterinary medical imagery posted in good faith for educational or community purposes is permitted.
• Fraudulent veterinary credentials, fake prescriptions, or impersonation of licensed veterinary professionals.
• Sexually explicit material of any kind. Mokeyline is not an adult-content platform.
• Violent or graphic content intended to shock, threaten, or glorify harm to people or animals.
• Harassment or doxxing, including posting another person's private information without consent.
• Hate speech targeting people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
• Illegal goods or services, including narcotics, unregulated pharmaceuticals, firearms, or stolen property.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or publicity rights of others.
• Malware, phishing, or other malicious code.
• Spam, unsolicited commercial content, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Any content that is illegal under applicable law, including content that exploits or endangers minors.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating accounts on behalf of, or to impersonate, other people.
• Evading prior account suspensions or bans.
• Attempting to circumvent our content moderation systems.
• Scraping, mass-downloading, or republishing other users' companion records without permission.
• Reverse-engineering, probing, or stress-testing the service without prior written authorization.

4. Veterinary Disclaimer

Mokeyline is a community platform, not a veterinary practice. Do not post content as if it were professional veterinary advice unless you are a licensed veterinarian and clearly identified as such. All users should consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about their companions.

5. Enforcement

Mokeyline uses a combination of automated detection (image classification, antivirus, hash-matching against known illegal-content databases) and human review to enforce this policy. Depending on severity, we may:

• Remove the violating content.
• Issue a warning to the account.
• Suspend the account temporarily.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Preserve evidence and refer the matter to law enforcement.

6. Reporting Violations

Report content or conduct that violates this policy to report@mokeyline.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves and as new abuse patterns emerge. The latest version is always posted at this URL.

8. Child Safety and Legal Compliance

Content that exploits or endangers minors is subject to our zero-tolerance policy. Violations result in immediate, permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
